Accountancy
We all need to know, for a variety of reasons, how our business has performed over a given period of time. From the records and information we receive from you we are able to prepare periodic statements of performance in order to satisfy management, the government, creditors and other interested parties, that the business has been well conducted over the period of time to which the accounts relate. The information you provide us with may be in manual or electronic format or a mixture of both.
This service is frequently supplemented by our business monitoring role but, of course, can be dealt with as a separate one off exercise for clients who consider they do not need or want our monitoring service.
Audit
We are Registered Auditors regulated by the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. As such we are able to provide auditing services to companies as required under the Companies Act. We also specialise in audits for bodies such as Solicitors, under the Solicitors Accounts Rules, financial intermediaries under the Financial Services Act, Insurance Brokers under the General Insurance Standards Council Rules and Chartered Surveyors under the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Rules. |
